Our operations relied on an internally built CRM for managing customer claims through the entire process known as the Emergency Management System (EMS) enabling our Doctors to triage, route and follow up on cases. This allowed us to handle three to four thousand services per month with a process that had a lot of moving parts (e.g., 55 different providers across 6 countries) where the life of our customers depended on it and every second counted.
